You will not regret having this classic New York style cheesecake as the dessert for your holiday dinner. It is so indulgent! (We’ll get back to calorie counting in the new year) The vanilla beans have this cheesecake bursting with vanilla flavor. This cake is creamy and smooth with a delicious cookie crust.  I hope you savor every bite! The cheesecake will be topped with homemade whipped cream.

This cheesecake is 9 inches and will serve 12-14 people. In addition to the whipped cream topping, you will also have a homemade strawberry fruit sauce to drizzle on top of your cheesecake. The drizzle will come on the side in a separate container.

The cheesecake will be packaged in a bakery box and should be refrigerated until the time to serve.
