These mini tarts are absolutely delicious. Each tart has a bit of a tropical flare and I thought they would be a great addition to this South Florida themed sale.

Tart 1: Key Lime. This is one of Florida’s official desserts. If you love key lime pie, you will love these. They are a perfect balance of sweet and tart. The crust is a tasty cookie crust. The filling is sweet, creamy and tart. This tart is topped with homemade whipped cream.

Tart 2: Chocolate Orange. We all know that Florida is known for their citrus. I wanted to include orange in this sale. This starts out with a chocolate tart shell that is buttery and crisp. It is filled with homemade orange curd and drizzled with a chocolate ganache. The orange/chocolate combo is a favorite. If you haven’t tried this combo, I encourage you to give it a go!

Tart 3: Classic Fruit Tart. I’m a huge fan of fruit tarts. Whenever I’m at a fancy bakery, I always order one. This starts off with a classic sweet tart dough. It is then filled with a divine vanilla pastry cream. It’s topped with a variety of fresh fruit and brushed with an orange marmalade. These tarts are delicious.

This will include a mix of the tarts. If you order a half dozen you will get 2 of each flavor. If you order a dozen, you will get 4 of each flavor.
