I used to just take a big slice out of a plain cream cheese brick and put in on my bagel. And sure that works just fine. However, once I started making these cream cheese schemars- I have never looked back! They effortlessly glide on your bagel and are so good!

The chive is packed with fresh chives and is a bit savory- perfect for the everything or plain bagel. I also use this to dip crackers or chips- the possibilities are endless.

The chai is a sweet spicy combination. It has honey for a little extra sweetness and a warm chai spice blend. Think of having a chai latte on top of your bagel. Yumm. This is great on a plain or cinnamon raisin bagel.

The strawberry is my favorite. It is packed with freeze dried strawberries which give it that bright taste but help keep the texture of the spread. The spread is sweetened slightly with a little powdered sugar. Also great on a plain or cinnamon raisin bagel.

Plain is classic. It goes with everything.
