Southerns take their peach cobbler very serious. Imagine a warm cobbler using fresh Georgia peaches! It represents all that is right with enjoying seasonal fruit. Thankfully, can peaches are really good and we can have great cobbler all year round. This is the perfect dessert for fall/winter. The peaches remind us of summer. However, the warm spices feel like fall. Some people prefer more of a pie crust topping, others a biscuit topping. I’ve tried both. However, I prefer a topping that has a more cake like texture. The topping is sweet and has a little crunch on top. You will love it! I suggest warming in the oven and serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

The cobbler is served in a 13X9 pan. Will serve 10-14 people
