For many people, the cream puff is the star of the Wisconsin State Fair! I definitely understand why.
These cream puffs are made with a traditional french Choux pastry. This pastry is slightly crisp on the outside with a light and airy interior. I’ve filled the these with a delicious vanilla pastry and whipped cream.
These are smaller than the traditional ones at state fair. They will be gone in a couple of bites and I dare you to eat just one!
