These are another french classic. They are delicate, delicious and essentially melt in your mouth.

I remember being in complete awe the first time I had French macarons. Sure, they are a cookie. However, they are a cookie like no other. They have a very slight crunch on the exterior but are pillow soft in the inside.

Each macaron has a unique filling. This order will include eight total macarons. You will receive two of each flavor. Yellow is lemon and is filled with a delicious lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Pink is rose and is filled with a white chocolate rose ganache. The blue is vanilla and is filled with a vanilla buttercream. The brown is chocolate and filled with chocolate ganache.

You will want to eat them all in one sitting. However, I encourage you to savor them. They really are a treat!
