Enjoy a 4 pack of homemade French croissants. When you think about French pastry, you probably think about croissants. They are an absolute treat! The dough is layered with butter and then folded several times to create delicious flaky layers.

When I decided to become a more serious baker, I took on the challenge of baking croissants. That was a few years ago, and I haven’t stopped making them.

While I enjoy the process, making them takes quite a bit of time. Three days to be exact! However, the end result is absolutely worth it. These croissants are made with high quality European butter.
