It doesn’t get much better than a classic carrot cake. Carrot cake is my Mom’s favorite, so I grew up eating a lot of this. It happens to be one of my all time favorite cakes as well. This cake is moist and perfectly spiced. It is topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting. When we bring slices of this cake to the market, it sells out so fast!

This is for one large slice of carrot cake.

Flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, coconut flakes, maple syrup, carrots, vanilla, buttermilk, pecans, butter, cream cheese
